This post is about reading headlines - specifically those that deal with nutrition research. The media love to post flashy headlines to get you to click over to their page, but sometimes those headlines don’t tell the full story.

Check out the TED Ed video on how to read these headlines and the accompanying article to really understand what’s happening in the world of nutrition research. It takes practice, but once you learn some of the tricks it gets easier!
