The MidSummer Meltdown, our annual summer competition, is just a few weeks away on Saturday, June 22. We will not have any classes that day, but we hope to see you at the competition as a competitor, volunteer, or a fan!

Thank you to everyone that has already signed up to volunteer. We will be contacting you soon with details on job assignments and the schedule and details for the day. If you would like to volunteer and haven’t signed up, please do so next time you are at the gym. We’d love to have a few more people help, that way everyone gets more breaks during the day.

We will be releasing the full timeline for the day soon, but the general schedule has us starting around 7:45 am and finishing up by 2 pm at the latest.
