This Wednesday is Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend to any class time on Wednesday to experience CrossFit for the first time! If you have a friend that would like to try CrossFit but can’t make it on a Wednesday FriendsDay (last Wednesday of each month) please let us know so we can find another good day for a new person.

Also, the Open is fast approaching! Get registered now to test your fitness. The first workout gets announced on October 10!

One other date to save - CrossFit Lake Effect is hosting the Row for Dough (formerly the Row Raiser) fundraiser for Special Olympics on Saturday, October 26. We’d love to get a team together to help with this event. Teams of 10 row a marathon switching as much as you like. This is a fun event with team costumes and each team has some Special Olympians helping row throughout the day.
