Just another reminder that the CrossFit Open has moved to October this year! You can register now at The CrossFit Games site and make sure you sign up under CrossFit 616.

One exciting thing they are bringing back this year is the affiliate leaderboard. That means we need your scores! The affiliate leaderboard is set up to see the scores for your top 2, 4, or 10 people. But more exciting is that they have an option to see how your affiliate stacks up counting everyone’s score and an average of everyone’s score.

I’m excited to see how we do as a gym this year. So we want to get as many of you on our team as possible. It’s a great test of fitness and a great community event.

We will run the Open workout officially each week on Saturday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. If you can’t make that time that’s ok, you’ll just need to get a judge and submit your score before Monday at 8 pm each week. But we’d love to get as many people together as possible on Saturday morning each week!
