At CrossFit 616 we offer personal training for anyone interested in getting one-on-one coaching. Personal training is perfect for people that aren't sure they are ready for group training and for people that want help reaching a specific goal. If you want to lose weight, get stronger, improve your technique or reach any other specific goal, personal training may be the right choice for you. With personal training, we can tailor a program that specifically for you, including nutrition recommendations, mobility work, goal-specific exercises and a recovery plan.
Personal Training Rates: 1 hour: $65
10 1-hour sessions: $550
